NetcomII/SGP 4.8.1 for SCO OS5 - 3.3 Volt SG2P Support Patch

Problem:

3.3 Volt SG2P adapter is not supported in NetcomII/SGP version 4.8.1.

Installation:

Download the sgp3.3sco file to /tmp on your NetcomII/SCO box

Format a floppy diskette and use the UNIX "dd" command to copy sgp3.3sco to diskette as follows:

dd if=sgp3.3sco of=/dev/rdsk/f0q18dt

The above command copies the sgp3.3sco image to your 3.5 FDD. After the file is copied, use the SCO "custom" utility to install the patch.

Alternatively, after downloading the sgp3.3sco file and saving it to /tmp, you can install from HDD by following these steps:

cd /tmp

mv sgp3.3sco VOL.000.000
