Wanware Linux 1.6.1 - Mark 'Call Clears' as priority

Problem:

Call Clears are not being marked as priority messages and were therefore being blocked by flow control.

Solution:

1. To extract the file:

   gunzip libx25.a.gz

2. Backup your existing library:

   cp /usr/lib/libx25.a /usr/lib/libx25.a.org

3. Put the new library in place by copying the extracted libx25.a

   to /usr/lib
