• Form delivery. Contact form submissions are relayed to us by a hosted form provider, which processes the fields you submit in order to deliver them by email.
• Fonts. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts.
• Maps. Our office location is displayed using an embedded Google Maps frame.
• Industry Insights feed. The Insights page retrieves public RSS headlines through public relay services directly in your browser. Article links point to third-party publishers, whose own privacy policies apply once you leave this site.

These providers operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not set advertising cookies. The Industry Insights page stores a cached copy of recent headlines in your browser's local storage so the page loads quickly and does not re-fetch feeds on every visit. That cache stays on your device and is never transmitted to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Data retention

Enquiries received through this site are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business communications, then disposed of in line with our internal retention practices.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete the contact information you have submitted, or ask what we hold, by writing to info@wanware.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law.

Security

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please use judgement about what you send through a web form.
